Objectively helping you achieve your version of success

Rear-view Mirror

In business, we need to view the world like driving a car. The rear-view mirror takes up approximately 5% of your view.

This is undoubtedly an extremely important 5% and needs to be treated with respect.

A traditional accountant is tasked with looking in that mirror with you, to ensure you meet all obligations and don’t have an accident with the ATO and other government departments because you have not followed the rules. Your traditional tax accountant does a very good job at protecting you and ensuring that your business has the most effective tax structure to meet your needs.

The Windscreen

At “We Thrive” we focus on the path ahead through the windscreen.

The windscreen and rear-view mirror are used as a metaphor for how you as the owner and or director should view your business. Past experiences supply the knowledge and learning needed to drive the business forward.

Our goal is to ensure your success by assisting you with a few key things:

The Journey

Where are you going?

Your Why

Why are you going there?

The Who

Who is on the journey with you?

The Vehicle

Information, guidance, and knowledge to ensure arrival at your destination as planned.

The Journey

We are here to help you look out the windscreen, keep focused and get the most out of people and systems to assist with your arrival. Most importantly we are here to make sure you enjoy the journey. The events of recent years have changed how the business world works now and into the future. In order to succeed we all need to change and adapt to the new ways.
